Detailed Description of Services and Important Terms and Conditions.

All service plans above are 12-month plans with payment due by the 5th of the month. Cost does not include local taxes.

Real Time Remote Error Monitoring

Cultural Lawns will remotely monitor your unit(s) using both manufacturer and specialized robot fleet management platforms. Errors will be routed to our dedicated technicians for resolution. Errors will be addressed with an onsite visit within the service level commitment included with your plan.

Maintenance

We will replace blades every 6-8 weeks in season and perform preventative cleaning and other routine maintenance of robots throughout the year.

On-site Service Visits

We will visit your property and units, observe and report back to you on general conditions found, fix any error condition, and perform preventative maintenance as needed.

Phone / Email Support

We will help a robot unit owner diagnose and resolve issues by phone or via email for faster uptime. It is expected the caller will be onsite, have a mobile phone, and be able to connect to the lawn robot via Bluetooth and/or wifi.

Underground boundary wire breaks (wired robots) OR property remapping (wireless units) included?

We will repair Accidental, Natural or Inadvertent boundary and guide wire breaks up  to amount included with your service contract. In the rare event of repeated issues that we deem not Accidental, Natural, or Inadvertent, we reserve the right to discontinue our support.

Temporary substitute equipment replacement and/or no charge traditional mow in event of lengthy robot downtime?

In the event your unit is not in service for an extended period, we will work to substitute an alternative unit or provide weekly traditional mowing using Cultural Lawn, or a subcontractor for up to 2 weeks. For Standard Plan customers, we will charge weekly prevailing rate for replacement rental. Premium Plans do not need to pay for this rental equipment. Maximum rental duration is 1 month. Maximum traditional mow substitute for Premium Plan customer is 2.

Winterization/Overhaul/Redeployment/Spring Mow of Robots?

In Late October or November, we will Pickup, winterize and store your units at a secure and insured offsite location. During the winter, we will inspect, clean, and repair your units.  In Late March or April, we will redeploy your units, test them onsite. For Standard and Premium Customers, this includes the strong recommended traditional spring mow before activating your units.

Service Level Commitment

We always aim to provided the highest uptime for your robot lawn mower units. Our goal is to beat this minimum support level commitments and these are guidelines for expected resolution of most normal issues encountered. In some extreme events, such as Acts of God or Force Majeure (major regional storms, power outages, supply chain shortages beyond our control, etc etc) we may not be able to meet this support level.
